These cables fulfill the bidirectionality and signal quality requirements of IEEE 1284. Their screening and tolerance for interfaces that are not 100% standard-conformant clearly exceed the requirements of IEEE.

Warranty and service card Attached to each cable is a warranty and service card with important user information (areas of application, support hotline, warranty period, serial number). Dealerships and large customers can also have their own product number included here.

Five year works warranty

To make it easier for you to claim under the warranty, the contact details and expiry date are printed on the back of the warranty card. The warranty applies for office and normal industrial applications, but not if the product is exposed to humidity or aggressive chemicals.

Cable duct version (optional) A special version is available for laying in cable ducting and through wall openings. Here, the contacts of the D-Sub plug are already prepared for fitting and tested and equipped with a protective sleeve against soiling. This allows the cable to be easily pulled through ducting and holes (minimum diameter: 11 mm). After the cable has been fed in, the protected sleeve is removed. The contacts can then be connected inside the plug housing with the attached tool and using the supplied diagram. Any incorrect connections can be easily undone again with the supplied tool without affecting our function guarantee.
